All content on this website — including text, layout, and images — is the property of Mitra Salur. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose any part of this website without our prior written consent.
Written survey reports produced by Mitra Salur are provided for the personal use of the commissioning customer and should not be published or shared commercially without permission.
7. Disclaimers
Our plumbing services are carried out with care and in accordance with good practice. However, we cannot commit to specific outcomes for conditions that are not fully visible until work begins — for example, concealed pipe conditions discovered during a survey.
The written reports produced for Whole-Home Pipework Surveys describe observable conditions at the time of the visit. They do not constitute a structural survey, a building inspection, or a legal certification of any kind.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damage, or loss of use arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about work carried out, please contact us directly in the first instance. We aim to resolve any issues informally and promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be subject to the laws of Malaysia and the jurisdiction of the courts of Sarawak.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
