Three Plumbing Services, Each Done to Completion
A tap repair, a toilet and bidet service, or a full household pipe survey — each job is scoped for one visit and priced before we arrive.
← Back to HomeOur Approach to Each Job
Scope the Job First
When you book, we ask what needs attention. This lets us load the right tools and parts before driving to your property — not after we arrive and find we need something we do not have.
Carry Out the Work
We work methodically — isolating water supply, replacing the defective part or completing the inspection, and reassembling properly. We cover surrounding surfaces when needed and remove all waste.
Test and Hand Over
Before we leave, the repaired tap or sanitary fitting is tested for correct flow and pressure. Survey customers receive their written report within 24 hours of the visit, not weeks later.
Single-Tap Service Call
RM 235
A short visit dedicated to one tap — typically a kitchen mixer, basin tap, or outdoor tap — that has been dripping or stiffening over time. Includes part replacement and a clean flow test. If the fault lies in a pipe section rather than the tap itself, we will explain this clearly and discuss next steps before doing anything additional.
- Dripping, stiff, or inconsistent-flow tap diagnosed and repaired
- Cartridge, washer, or O-ring replaced as required
- Standard Malaysian-size parts carried on-van
- Clean flow test before visit ends
Process Steps
- 1 Water supply isolated at angle valve
- 2 Tap head removed, fault identified
- 3 Worn part replaced with MS-compliant fitting
- 4 Tap reassembled and water restored
- 5 Flow and leak test performed
Toilet and Bidet Fix
RM 300
Servicing of a single toilet and the connected bidet sprayer in one visit. Cistern parts are checked and replaced as needed; bidet hose and angle valve are inspected and renewed if showing wear. This service covers the most common sanitary faults found in Kuching homes — a running cistern, weak flush, dripping bidet hose, or a seized angle valve.
- Cistern internals (fill valve, flush valve, flapper) checked and replaced
- Bidet hose condition assessed and replaced if worn
- Angle valve operation tested; replaced if seized
- Full flush and spray test before completion
Process Steps
- 1 Water supply closed at main toilet stop valve
- 2 Cistern lid removed, internal parts inspected
- 3 Worn cistern parts replaced as needed
- 4 Bidet hose and angle valve checked and renewed if required
- 5 Water restored; full flush and bidet spray test
Whole-Home Pipework Survey
RM 1,300
A careful, room-by-room survey of household pipework with a written report. Covers visible pipework, joint condition, and signs of long-term damp. Particularly useful for owners planning renovation work or thinking about insurance documentation. The report is structured so it can be passed directly to a contractor, architect, or insurer without re-explanation.
- Room-by-room inspection of all visible pipework
- Joint condition and corrosion assessment
- Moisture detection at high-risk points
- Written report delivered within 24 hours
- Format accepted by Sarawak insurers and conveyancers
Process Steps
- 1 Walkthrough of all rooms with homeowner present
- 2 Visual inspection of all accessible pipe runs and joints
- 3 Moisture checks at wall, floor, and ceiling penetrations
- 4 Site findings recorded on structured inspection form
- 5 Written report compiled and sent within 24 hours
