We visit to assess and fix one tap — typically a kitchen mixer, basin tap, or outdoor tap. The price of RM 235 covers labour, standard replacement parts (washers, cartridge, O-rings as needed), and a flow test at the end. If a part outside our standard kit is required, we will discuss it with you before ordering.

How long does a Toilet and Bidet Fix take?

Most toilet and bidet jobs are completed within 1.5 to 2.5 hours. The RM 300 price covers one toilet and its connected bidet sprayer in a single visit. Cistern internals, the bidet hose, and angle valve are all checked and replaced if worn.

What does the Whole-Home Pipework Survey cover?

The RM 1,300 survey covers all rooms in your home. We inspect visible pipework, joint conditions, and look for signs of long-term damp or corrosion. At the end you receive a written report noting findings, areas of concern, and any recommendations. It does not include repair work — those would be quoted separately.

Do you charge extra for travel within Kuching?

No. The prices listed cover labour and standard parts. We work within Kuching and nearby Sarawak areas without adding a separate call-out fee for travel within our normal service zone. If your address falls outside that area, we will let you know upfront.

How do I book a visit?

Use the contact form below or call us on +60 82-426 7193. Tell us which service you need and your address. We will confirm a date and time, usually within one working day. We work Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm.

What if the problem turns out to be more than one issue?

Each service covers the scope described. If we find something beyond that scope during the visit — for example, a second tap needing repair — we discuss it with you before doing any additional work. You decide. There are no surprise charges on the original job price.
